The Diploma in Front Office Operation Management is aimed for those who are actively pursuing employment in front office operations management to gain requisite skills and to help administration professionals to develop their administrative skills.

On successfully completion of the programme the candidate will be able to : Outline the basic structures of the day to day modern business environment and the administration Systems required to successfuly manage. Define workplace communication structures, systems and processes, and sucessfully implement using appropriate language and tone. Recognise the importance of workplace culture and successfully implementing administration processes. Effectively demonstrate reception, customer service skills and professional representation of the Organisation. Display appropriate use of IT applications within a business setting. Utilise skills to organise meetings within the workplace and implement all necessary supporting administration activities.

Indicative Course Syllabus Introduction to Business Structure and Administration Workplace Communication Structures, Systems and Processes Culture in the Workplace Reception and Customer Service Skills: telephone call handling, keyboard techniques and administrative skills IT applications (including word processing; spreadsheets; databases; email; the internet) Organising meetings (including preparing an agenda, recording and generating minutes) Personal Skills: (including time management; project management) Overview of related activities including facilities, security and safety.
